Dr Harvey Washington trained in cardiology at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney followed by a Fellowship in Cardiology in London, where he was involved in cardiac arrhythmia research, acute coronary care, echocardiography and investigative procedures.
Dr Washington has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiology with particular interests in diagnostic cardiology, cardiac failure, ischaemic heart disease, cardiac arrhythmias and electrocardiography, and valvular heart disease. He has a strong involvement in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with a dedicated commitment to the achievement of excellence in clinical cardiac skills and management.
He holds appointments as cardiologist at Royal North Shore Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital.
